What’s my attachment style?

Ever wondered what your attachment style is and how it may be impacting your relationships with your partner, co-workers, friends or children? Ever wanted to dive deep into your early experiences with someone who knows theory and you, personally, in order to explore how and why you’ve become the person you are?

I offer the Adult Attachment Interview Protocol as a 3-part intensive which includes 2 90-minute sessions and a thorough review of your results as well as a written report detailing my observations and clinical suggestions for growth.

This is an opportunity to get to know yourself and recognize patterns in a focused, accelerated way.

What to expect:

• 2 90-minute intensive sessions to complete the Adult Attachment Interview Protocol and explore your early relationships and feelings associated with key family members

• 1 60-minute session to discuss results and integrate the experience

• A written report of my clinical observations and suggestions for using the assessment as you move forward in your personal development

Cost:
