Emma’s work is grounded in clinical expertise and a deep, lived understanding of the physical, emotional and relational realities of this season of life.

Emma’s areas of specialization include:

  • intrusive/scary thoughts

  • infertility, fertility treatment, donor conception and reproductive decision making

  • pregnancy and postpartum anxiety (PMADs)

  • grief and loss

From Emma: “I focus on strengths and resilience and see therapy not just as a tool to solve life’s problems but as a foundation for growth that provides an opportunity for wholeness and self-discovery.”
