Individual Therapy

For new parents, expectant parents, grieving parents, and those navigating the reproductive season

You may want therapy for:

  • a weekly appointment to “wash your brain”

  • a place to address functional and behavioral obstacles in your life

  • a safe holding environment for processing trauma

  • a space for support around pregnancy or postpartum anxiety

  • a designated zone to vent

  • a respectful relationship to help you foster self-compassion

  • a corrective emotional experience

  • a way to get to know yourself better

We do not bill insurance but can support you in seeking third party reimbursement with a superbill. We offer a complimentary 20-minute meet and greet video call to answer any questions you may have about working with us and to see if we are a good fit.

We offer 50 minute sessions for individuals and couples on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence depending on your preference and symptoms.

We conduct sessions via HIPAA-secure telehealth and in-person at our offices, located at Greenlake and on Queen Anne. Our Greenlake office is dog friendly and well-behaved dogs are welcome. All clients must physically reside in Washington State to work with us. Children of any age are always welcome to accompany you in session.
