Seattle Reproductive Psychotherapy is seeking a warm, relational associate therapist to join our specialty practice serving individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, donor conception, reproductive decision-making, and related reproductive mental health concerns.


Position Details

* Washington Associate License (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA)

* Independent contractor position

* Private-pay specialist practice

* Telehealth-first, with opportunities for limited in-person sessions at our Greenlake office as available

* Minimum availability of 8 client appointments per week

* Typical initial caseload goal of 8–12 clients per week

* Session fee: $150

* Compensation: 50% of session fees

* Referrals provided as available; no guaranteed caseload

Qualifications

Required:

* Washington State associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA)

* Strong interest in reproductive and perinatal mental health

* Commitment to attachment-based, relationship-centered care

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

* Completion of Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care (PSI PMAD Certificate Training) or willingness to complete the training within six months of joining the practice

* Experience working with perinatal, infertility, trauma, OCD, or couples populations

* We value your lived experience
