Our Approach at Seattle Reproductive Psychotherapy

If you’re somewhere in the middle of building or growing your family it might be harder than you expected. Maybe you brought your baby home and the anxiety hasn't let up since - the checking, the racing thoughts, the sense that there's too much to do but somehow you have to do it anyway.

Or, you're deep in fertility treatment, googling follicle counts at midnight, rearranging your work and life around the right appointment for the right part of your cycle. You're exhausted from trying to hold onto hope without letting it wreck you when it doesn't work (again).

Maybe you experienced pregnancy or infant loss. No one knows how to be around you. No one can handle your grief. You don't even understand it yourself. You need someone who has navigated it before.

If you're stretched thin, sleep-deprived, feeling far away from the self you used to know and wondering why this is so much harder than you expected, that’s reason enough to reach out for the kind of new parent support we offer. You don't have to have experienced infertility, loss, or a mood disruption to need extra help.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to explain yourself from scratch here because we’re specialists and this is all we do.

Let’s work together.
